You sit between production and customers, making sure what we produce meets spec, performs in application and gets bought again.
If quality drifts, customers complain or specs don’t translate into performance - it’s your problem to solve.

What You’ll Do

Own product quality - define, measure and enforce specs for biocarbon

Translate customer requirements - especially metallurgical specs into production targets

Close the loop with the plant - work with engineering and production to fix quality issues fast

Run trials with customers - industrial testing, performance validation, troubleshooting in real applications

Manage product consistency - variability in feedstock & processes affect output
-
Build credibility with buyers - technical support, data and confidence in the product

Optimise for margin - balance quality vs yield vs cost

Develop new product grades - higher-value carbon products, refined specs & niche applications
-
Support sales - not as a salesperson, but as the technical backbone that wins deals
Who You are
-
Background in materials science, chemical engineering, metallurgy or fuels
-
Experience with carbon materials, solid & liquid fuels preferred
-
Understanding of industrial customer requirements (steel, energy, agriculture, etc.)

Experience running product trials, testing, and validation
-
Ability to interpret lab data and connect it to real-world performance
-
You think about what makes a product unique and marketable
-
You’re comfortable moving between plant floor, lab and customer site
-
You don’t hide behind reports - you solve problems end-to-end
-
You can push back on both engineering and customers when needed
-
You understand that the best product at the right price = higher revenue
