PRODUCTION MANAGER
You are responsible for making the plant run - every day, to an aggressive target, without excuses.
We convert biomass into biocarbon. Demand is there. Systems exist.
Your job is to ensure consistent, high-throughput production, manage the team on the ground and push output, quality and efficiency as we scale multiple plants.

What You’ll Do

Run daily operations - hit throughput, uptime and production targets

Own the numbers - tons in, tons out, yield, downtime, cost per ton

Lead plant teams - operators, technicians, maintenance crews

Drive consistency - stable production of spec-compliant biocarbon

Manage feedstock reality - variable biomass is a problem, keep output stable anyway

Minimise downtime - plan maintenance, react fast to breakdowns

Work with engineering - implement process improvements and upgrades

Improve efficiency - labour, energy, throughput, waste reduction

Build systems - SOPs, reporting, shift structures, accountability

Prepare for scale - help replicate operations across new plants
Who You are
-
10+ years running industrial production or processing plants
-
Experience in fuels, chemicals, mining, cement or heavy industry preferred
-
Proven track record of hitting production targets under real conditions
-
Strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance and team management
-
Comfortable working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
