Reforming the current Digital Divide is essential to prevent further disparities between affluent and underserved learning communities. For future leaders and professionals, it’s even more important to start familiarising everyone with AI today.

While AI can be impressive, it's far from perfect. We must strike a balance between convenience and objectivity, particularly for younger learners who are still developing an appreciation for the value of academic research and rigor.

Our Work
Universities South Africa Spark!
Supporting the South African National University Lecturer Development Programme with an AI Co-Pilot. Built on OpenAI's davinci-002, trained on custom datasets, persona & pedagogy design this project was first prototyped in April 2023 and is now in it's 3rd iteration.

Mental Health Coaches
More students report mental health challenges as obstacles to academic performance and well-being. But seeking help is often stigmatised and expensive. AI-based counsellors can act as first responders, providing support when help is critically needed.
Admin Superheroes
Automating repetitive tasks such as attendance tracking through facial recognition, learning analytics with early warnings and recommendations and providing detailed FAQ services for students, parents and faculty can help free up valuable teaching resources.
Research Assistants
AI can assist with literature reviews, critical analysis and help candidates identify where their research could fill knowledge gaps. As a citation indexing tool it can highlight relevance and nuance, supporting the development of arguments and theory scaffolds.
